I hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Articles and Regulations governing the Club and MotorSport New Zealand.
I hereby give consent to information regarding me being used, retained and disclosed by the Club and MotorSport New Zealand in connection with the organization and the promotion of the events.
Further to the above i also confirm i will comply with the following:
I consent to being a member of OSCA Super Saloons for the period stated in this membership form.
I hereby agree to the following conditions: I accept that the committee may not approve my membership. I acknowledge that all information on this membership form is correct and accept that my membership can be revoked if any information is found to be incorrect. I have read and understand the OSCA constitution, Articles and schedule OSCA I will abide by all OSCA CONSTITUTION and ARTICLES rules and be responsible for any actions or indiscretions by myself, my race team or any people related to myself and will accept any decision for any disciplinary action. I will not take or threaten legal action against the club, its committee or any other associated club or organization. I hereby give consent to my name, address, email, telephone numbers and other information forming part of my membership details to be held by OSCA and to be used for the clubs objectives and that the information will be forwarded to Motor Sport New Zealand (MSNZ) and other organizations for the purpose of OSCA matters. I understand and accept that I will be under a probationary period and my driving and conduct will be monitored and reviewed by the OSCA committee. I consent to OSCA installing onboard cameras in my car and all footage can be used at OSCA discretion. I will be responsible for any track damage I cause and be liable for any costs of repairs or insurance excess cost for repairs This consent is given in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
